What NGOs can do to reduce opportunities for kleptocrats to launder proceeds of corruption

In 2015, AntAC launched first known public national database of politically exposed persons and encouraged financial institutions and compliance officers across the globe to freely use it.

The ultimate goal of the database is to prevent fueling proceeds of corruption from Ukraine to the Western financial system and to increase risks for corrupt PEPs for laundering their ill-gotten funds abroad.
